During the summer I just love making dishes that are using fresh and in season ingredients. I love a nice cold salad or dip that is full of flavors. For a perfect easy lunch you must try this fresh Summer-inspired dish. It uses ingredients you probably already have on hand, and also some fresh herbs from the garden.

How to Make Summer Jar Bites

All you need is tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, chick peas, basil olive oil from St. Helena Olive Oil Co, balsamic vinegar, salt and cracked pepper. Then combine all ingredients, and I love to serve this in jars. We even have the perfect little mason jars for this recipe over in our vintage goods shop, you can find them here.
