Sea Salt Caramel Recipe
I just believe there are certain recipes everyone should tackle in their lifetime –chocolate chip cookies, a classic chocolate cake with buttercream icing and soft caramel candies. Classic caramels were one my favorite treats growing up, and they still are to this day. The sweet and salty flavor combination make them a special treat to enjoy, and the kids just love them too. Today I am sharing this special recipe over on Dixie Crystals.
I’m sharing this classic Caramel recipe, adapted from a recipe my Mom made for us growing up as part of my partnership with Dixie Crystals Sugar. I don’t make them often enough, but when I do they are gobbled up rather quickly and always feel extra special. They make a great food gift and have a flavor profile almost anyone will enjoy.
