So ditch the can in your fridge or that tub in your freezer and give this one a try.
Homemade Whipped Cream :
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 TBSP granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Using a hand mixer with whisk attachment, whisk all ingredients together on low speed for :30 seconds until well combined. Beat on high speed until you reach stiff peak stage, approximately 2-3 minutes being cautious not to over beat.
Serve a dollop atop your favorite dessert like pie, ice cream or fresh fruit - enjoy!
