New Cookbooks You Should Know About.

When building my house I measured every cookbook from the tallest to the smallest of my collection and custom built a shelf (ok, shelves) in my pantry to perfectly house them all. If I could buy each and every single one as a hard copy, I would.

I'm one of those old school people that just loves flipping through a magazine and a cookbook IRL, as they say. And I know there's a lot of us out there. SO, I thought I'd share a little roundup of some of my favorite cookbooks that have recently been released, and a few that are on pre-order that you will want to go ahead and snag.

Love to know if there are any others on your list that I may have missed! I even slipped one or two non-cookbook in the mix because I can't wait to get my hands on a copy. And, word on the street is that Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper fame is coming out with her own cookbook very soon (insert your swoon here!)

Starting a Holiday Tradition with your Family at the Country Living Fair.

I'm thrilled to share that I'll be hitting the Main Stage this Sunday for the Country Living Fair in Atlanta to share some ideas for "Starting a Holiday Tradition with your Family!" The Magazine has always been a staple in our home and I'm so honored to be a part of this very fun event at Stone Mountain Park.

You know I'm passionate about traditions, and there is no time like the holidays to truly make memories that last forever. We have so many holiday-time traditions in our own family and I'd love to know what some of your special traditions are this time of year.

The weekend-long Fair will be filled with fun opportunities - from shopping unique vendors to meeting editors and authors like the Beekman Boys and Gena Knox, to fun demos! I'll be on the Main Stage at 1PM on Sunday, Oct. 27th and I so hope you'll come by and say hello, and you can check out the whole schedule of events here!
